The Pouchlink system uses post-mix technology with concentrates stored in bag-in-box. The machine offers six selections plus freshly chilled and filtered water. Each channel has its own individual peristaltic pump that ensures perfect accuracy every time.

The patented mixing system provides a 100% closed environment ensuring that there can be no contamination, enabling excellent open shelf life once the bag-in-box is open (up to 6 weeks). The unique patented ozone cleaning system automatically cleans the system every day, enabling non-preserved concentrates to be vended.

The system is also able to handle syrups of widely different levels of dilution – from flavoured waters through to high juice drinks.

Branded Drinks

The Pouchlink system has already attracted great interest from the world's major brand owners and increasingly, a wide variety of top branded drinks will become available through the system.

Bottlegreen Drinks, the UK market leader in premium dilutable cordials, is already an active partner with The Green Drinks Company and a range of high quality, natural flavours are already available from the Bottlegreen range.

Bottlegreen drinks are made in the heart of the British Cotswold Hills using their own spring water with only natural ingredients. All Bottlegreen concentrates are finely filtered to 1 micron to give beautifully clear concentrates that mix easily to produce delicious, clean tasting cordials.

In addition we have a wide range of flavoured drinks available under the One Water brand. With One Water, for every drink sold, a donation is made to ‘The One Foundation’ which helps fund Playpump installations in Africa, giving fresh, clean and sustainable water to villages in some of the poorest areas of the world. The Green Drinks Company has also created a comprehensive range of own-brand drinks specifically formulated for the Pouchlink System. Produced to the highest standards, they contain only 100% natural flavours, natural colours and no added sugar. Some of these drinks are also enriched with vitamins and other nutrients with functional benefits, such as Echinaceae and Ginseng.

Our drinks are split into four distinct ranges, to appeal to every type of consumer and different locations:

Everyday Range: A wide range of great tasting drinks for regular daily consumption where refreshment and hydration is the need. This range contains real fruit juice in the finished drink. All the drinks in this refreshing range are low calorie since they contain no added sugar, and of course, they contain no artificial flavours or colours. For a competitively priced by healthy range, the Everyday Range will form the basis for most drinks options.

Functional Water Range: Refreshing hydration drinks with a hint of fruit juice but with the addition of functional extras like Echinacea and mint for those who want regular hydration but who like to have the reassurance of natural extracts with their drinks.

High Juice Range: Great tasting drinks with a higher juice content for those who want refreshment but with a more satisfying fruity taste. Like all the drinks in the Purifi range, these drinks contain no added sugar or artificial colours or flavours. Better still they are low calorie with the only sugar coming naturally from fruit juice.

50% Juice Range: This premium range of fruit drinks contain 50% real fruit juice and therefore complies with European Union legislation regarding the supply of drinks in schools. Available in 5 delicious flavours this is a range that everyone will love. With no artificial colours, flavours or added sugar, this range represents a healthy addition to the drinks menu for both adults and children.
